Covid-19 Procedures
As we prepare to re-open we’ve added extra cleaning measures to meet and surpass what is required by Public Health so as to ensure the safety of our clients, staff and teachers.
Sanitize regularly all
common surfaces
Hand sanitizer stations throughout the school
Masks and face shields available for staff and students to use
Additional daily cleaning
All Atpal students, teachers and staff must:
• Sign a waiver •
• Wear a mask or face covering at all times within the school (some protective equipment will be available for sale at Atpal) •
• Respect the rules posted around the school •
• Disinfect their hands every time they enter Atpal •
Additionally:
• Access to common areas will be restricted •
• Temperature will be taken at the entrance twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays) •
• Students who wish to switch in-person to online classes must send an email to info@atapalcanada.com expressing this wish •
• Students who wish to switch from on-line to in person classes must send an email to info@atpalcanada.com (Subject to availability. Replies could take up to 5 weeks) •
• Students can’t transfer their registration in a program to another student •
• Remaining in common areas within the school for an extended period of time is prohibited •
• Students’ sitting arrangements in class are permanent (changing place is prohibited) •
• The Cafeteria area is closed. Microwave ovens are not available •
